Renae Lavell
Executive Director, WA Silverchain
Renae is the executive director of Silverchain WA, where she leads the provision of quality home-based health and aged care to over 15,000 Western Australians. Renae is focussed on providing Western Australians with care they trust and supporting Silverchain’s highly skilled and compassionate community care workforce.
Prior to joining Silverchain Group, Renae held executive and senior management roles with service delivery organisations that are values and purpose driven. She also held senior roles in global private sector organisations and consulting. Renae’s qualifications include a Master of Business Leadership, a Graduate Certificate in Public Sector Management and a Bachelor of Business (HR and IR).
